Palo Santo means “holy wood” best known for its ability to add positivity to your space. Palo Santo brings back the good, it simply encourages positive energy while purifying the air. Shamans and healers, often known as Curanderos, traditionally used the energising and healing properties of palo santo to purify air, dispel evil spirits, and cleanse negative energy. The wood has also long been used therapeutically to soothe cold and flu symptoms, depression, emotional pain, and other ailments. My smudging spray is made with rain moon water which amplifies the energy of the Palo Santo. While the ritual of sage burning has its roots in Native American tradition.
